These Terms govern the use of the online ordering service of Özgür Pizza.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website with Özgür Pizza.

By submitting the order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the restaurant confirms the order.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. statutory VAT. Payment is made according to the chosen method (cash, card or TWINT).

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary depending on demand. For delivery, the given address must be within the delivery area.

Cancellation is only possible as long as preparation has not started. Please contact the restaurant immediately at 026 675 54 13.

The restaurant is not liable for delays due to force majeure. For allergies or intolerances, please contact the restaurant before ordering.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the restaurant's registered office, as far as legally permitted.
